Clark Bros. will provide:
1. 100% payout on all New Accounts each and every year.
2. 80% payout each year after the first year. The 20% you are giving back to Clark Bros. will be retained at the firm, and used for you to obtain higher educational accreditation's (CFP, CFA, CPA), business expenses such as client dinners, and operational business improvements directly related to helping you increase your business.
3. 90% payout after you become a Partner. To make Partner you must have $30 million in assets under management, and sign a two-year non-compete agreement. You will then be offered a 1% equity ownership in Clark Bros.
