Currently, we are seeking entrepreneurial minded individuals to fill the following positions:
Vice President of Operations – Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and Business Development.
Clark Bros. is a small boutique start up firm, and this highly motivated, energetic, talented individual must possess the necessary skill set to compete with both Wall Street and their partners in crime Washington D.C. – obviously, no small feat! Basically, we are looking for a very special person to run the business side of Clark Brothers Investments so that our founder & president can focus on the investment side of the business. This person will share a personal assistant with our President, Jason R. Clark, so that they are able to focus like a laser on achieving two primary goals within 3 years of joining Clark Brothers Investments.
1. Hire a sales force of between 4-10 individuals. Compensation will be directly proportional to both the number and success of hires.
2. Obtain contracts for Clark Brothers Investments to provide our products and services to small to medium sized local or regional private banking institutions based in the state of Colorado. For example, FirstBank, with 130 offices in and around Colorado. You will work side by side our founder and president to accomplish this objective which will instantly make Clark Brothers Investments one of the premier Investment Advisor firms in the state of Colorado.
Independent Registered Investment Advisor Representatives - full time, part time, anytime, anywhere who want to educate and inform every individual investor in America why Clark Brothers is different than the Wall Street Washington D.C. crony capitalists!!!! Does that sound like fun or what!
To qualify you must have:

Clark Bros. will provide:
1. 100% payout on all New Accounts each and every year for your entire career at Clark Bros. We are out to absolutely bury the competition/run them out of business, not to make ourselves 'rich'.
2. 80% payout each year after the first year. The 20% you are giving back to Clark Bros. will be retained at the firm, and used for you to obtain higher educational accreditation's (CFP, CFA, CPA), business expenses such as client dinners, and operational business improvements directly related to helping you increase your business (for example, quarterly performance software).
3. 90% payout after you make 'Partner'. To make Partner you must have $30 million in assets under management, and sign a two-year non-compete agreement. You will then be offered a 1% equity ownership in Clark Bros. If you reach the $30 million mark within 3 years of hire you will be eligible for additional equity ownership based on future performance and loyalty to Clark Bros.
